Yes. We require 50% deposit to secure your date. 

The final payment is due 10 days before your event.

No. Set up and takedown are not considered part of the photo booth runtime, and are included in your overall price quote. Your photo booth attendant will arrive 45 minutes prior to your booked time. 

The photo booth requires a minimum covered space of 9’ x 9’ with an electrical outlet within 20 feet. If we are going outside we do require coverage (under an existing structure or a 10x10ft tent). Additionally, we require a WiFi connection. 

There will be a live gallery of photos during the event. Additionally, we will provide you with a link to the online gallery within 48 hours of your event. It will also be posted on our Facebook -- Beeloved Photo Booth

If you book either The Great Gats-bee or Queen Bee Package, prints are included. 

Yes! We are happy to deduct $60 from your total if you will be providing your own backdrop. 

Cancellations can be done at any time but all deposits (and full payments within 10 days of your event) are non-refundable. For any unforeseen circumstances that you would like to cancel, you will receive a credit valid for up to one year from the original event date that you will be able to use towards any event within the next year.

Idle time is a period where the photo booth is set up, but not actively in operation. The time is offered at a price lower than an active rental hour. You can get the most value out of your photo booth rental, by scheduling your active hours for time when your guests are able to take full advantage of enjoying the booth. An example of when you can use idle time is during dinner service or speeches.

We are located in the Greater Victoria area, and can travel around Vancouver Island. We do have a travel fee of $3/km applicable after 30km from Downtown Victoria.
