1. Booking and Reservation: 

a. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the photo booth rental for the specified date and time. 

b. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or upon arrival at the event. 

c. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

d. Cancellations made within a certain period prior to the event may incur additional charges.

2. Use of Equipment: 

a. The client agrees to be responsible for any damage or loss of equipment caused by themselves or their guests during the rental period. 

b. The photo booth rental is for personal use only, and commercial or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. 

c. The client agrees not to interfere with the operation or tamper with the equipment.

3. Liability and Indemnity: 

a. The photo booth company shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the rental period. 

b. The client agrees to indemnify and hold the photo booth company harmless against any claims, actions, or liabilities arising from the use of the photo booth or any breach of these terms and conditions.

4. Images and Data: 

a. The client grants permission to the photo booth company to use the images captured during the event for promotional purposes. 

b. The photo booth company takes reasonable measures to ensure the privacy and security of the client's data; however, they are not responsible for any unauthorized access or use of the data.

5. Event Conduct: 

a. The client and their guests are expected to behave responsibly and follow all applicable laws and regulations during the event. 

b. The photo booth company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the rental if there is misconduct, abuse, or any inappropriate behavior.

6. Force Majeure: 

a. The photo booth company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or equipment failure.

7. Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of BC.

8. Severability: 

a. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By booking the photo booth rental, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
